Intimidating management. Incompetence and fear in dealing with client. My leaders did not show intention of guiding the client because they were afraid of the outcome (losing the account). In turn, the subordinates were often confused because the client would change directions so often (start-up). There was always a sentiment of fear - like we were walking on egg shells. I was hired for one role but in actuality, I did two roles. One of them was not my desire or part of my experience. I was promised a change in schedule and free weekends after training. It did not happen.
