Nice place to live but salary was insufficient

Cons

Executives very much take care of themselves to the detriment of the people doing the work. I worked here for 5 years with no promotion or meaningful raise. People are prompted and given positions based on who they know despite lacking the expertise or education.

Lots of highly skilled, smart and driven people work in this organization. Direct service staff are caring and compassionate.

Cons

It can be a very high-stress environment, and there needs to be more done about equity and inclusion, particularly within leadership. Very little diversity in top administration and management/director roles. Not many opportunities to advance within the organization.
