Pros

Helping patients, hearing about their positive experiences.

Cons

Stressful job. Dealing with mean/upset patients who don't treat you like a human being. When you aren't checking someone in, you're on the phone. You spend all day answering the phone all while hearing from patients that they hate your phone system and can't get ahold of anyone. Stressful amount of work, yet you are expected to never make a mistake. Managers and clinical staff can be rude.

Pros

Quick access to medical care. One of the higher paying organizations in the valley. You have an excuse to live in Eagle Valley.

Cons

Poor business practices. Unkind to staff. Admin staff is undertrained. Staff treated poorly by upper management. Unvalued as a member of the team unless you are a doctor. No consideration for a work/ life balance. Publicly humiliated by a doctor in front of other staff. Non-empathetic towards hardships.
