Pros

Clinical staff and new leadership are wonderful to work for and very focused on the mission statement.

Cons

No education budget for non-clinical personnel and several of the directors located under the CFO have been there for over a decade and do not feel they need to put in any effort ...they are constantly on leave or vacation and when they do work it seems to be only a 5 hour day. Most of the staff that cover for them do not get credit or rewarded for doing their own job as well as their own boss' job for years....it gets a bit frustrating when your boss has an I don't care attitude .

Pros

Good health insurance and ability to leave work at work.

Cons

Lack of growth opportunities. Unprofessional and vindictive leadership in certain departments. Senior leadership believes that if you aren't happy with your pay status, you can go somewhere else which hampers patient health with more turnover than necessary. Those who are curious and ask questions, seeking out efficiencies after being asked to do so, are punished and deemed difficult if leadership feels threatened. Lack of clarity and expectations in non-clinical roles. Favoritism runs abundant.
