Exceptionally talented executive leadership team who are committed to staff and patients. Great benefits. Professional atmosphere while maintaining small town culture of friendliness and compassion for each other.

Cons

Some of the systems have had a difficult time keeping up with the growth this organization has seen over the past few years, but this is being worked on.
