They are always looking to improve pay and benefits. In the last two years our cost of benefits have decreased one year and stayed the same the next year, with added benefits! Tuition reimbursement, tuition assistance, Education Funds, Childcare reimbursement, Certification awards. They even have Pet insurance! The people we work with are family

Cons

No ski pass (unless you work for VVSC a partner with VH). Little room for advancement. Every time a leader/management role comes up, the hire from the outside.

Pros

If you have the right boss, it really isn't that bad. If you want to be a ski bum, this gives you a full time job in the area.

Cons

Every manager they hired in had absolutely no experience and were not fair among employees. Management spends money on it's doctor's but does not pay employees living wage for the area. They were concerned about painting an accent wall in the lab when we needed new equipment and lab coats. Lack of priorities.
