Pros

Weather & coworkers. Small town feel.

Cons

If you like stress & mental breakdowns, this is the place for you. The ears of the execs are closed to what is really happening. Inflexible work environment & micromanaging will never make for happy employees; on top of the fact that nothing works. Is it because the higher-ups don't know exactly what's going on (do they know & they're honestly just letting it happen?) or can they honestly not find someone to fix? They need to practice what they preach on quality of life here, because their employees are dropping like flies. Losing a lot of great men & women that really care..... because you don't.

Pros

You only work three days per week, got a great insurance for the family, got opportunity to get a better job in the company, get raise in the salary every year, holyday are paid double.

Cons

it was almost 13 hours of work per day and is a dangerous job because you stay in contact with sick people (you need to be careful)

Pros

Great patient care. Good Pay. Seasonal is good if you have something else going on in the summer. Professional staff, they care about the community, nice facility. Amazing place to go if you are a patient.

Cons

Extremely busy. Sometimes to the point of exhaustion. Can be stressful. But that's the ski season. Sometimes non- seasonal employees in department are reluctant if you need help. Keep an energy bar in your pocket. Parking very limited. Get there at shift change to get a space.
