      I had a great manager, it was a good experience for me as a J1 and we had a great team also the ski pass was the best

      -Staff Housing which is a necessity in Whistler - Staff perks like ski pass and discounts - Meet lots of people

      Cons

      - Extremly tight living conditions, tiny bunk beds in small rooms. Lacking kitchen amenities. - Can't stand up for yourself and some illegal work practices like no lunch breaks since you are just a number and replaceable tomorrow. - Recruitment process is awful and eveything is managed from Colorado. They don't know whats going on in Canada.
