Pros

- Lots of genuinely great, down-to-earth people - Reasonable hours for most teams (finance tends to be the exception) - Really unique ski and outdoor perks that you won’t find at most companies - A lot of people have been here 10+ years, so some people are definitely very happy

Cons

- Unusual culture: Things feel more competitive and intense than they probably need to (potentially because there are a lot of former athletes); the company tries to seem fun and chill, but it’s incredibly reactive and simultaneously bogged down by unnecessarily formal processes - Leadership often asks for blind faith during “resource transformation” efforts (outsourcing most of HR and IT has slowed a lot of things down) - Tech and systems are highly outdated, which makes a lot of things more inefficient than they should be

Pros

Super Busy during the Summer 2025. Employee Housing an hour away in Gunnison, however, you get free bussing to the Mt Crested Butte with beautiful Scenary. Worked at 3 restaurants there, to ensure I get minimum 30 hours. Concerts and Races every week. Beautiful trails!

Cons

Maintaining the Upkeep of housing is an issue.

Pros

Your day-to-day experience depends entirely on your pod (leadership, co-workers, location) and the effort you put in to built a strong client book.

Cons

No matter how hard you work, corporate makes decisions that do not support the employees on the ground. Housing is impossible, pay is low, it's a very unstable life for people looking to build a career because of that lack of support from the corporation.
