Pros

You receive some amazing perks like a free ski pass, retail discount, lodging discounts etc. If you are a big skier or snowboarder, it is an OK company to work for. Some teams can be great to work with, but are silos. The work life balance is great as they offer flexible time off.

Cons

Advancement is difficult as nepotism is prevalent. The company is going through a major thinning of its corporate and operations workforce, which in the long term will damage ski communities and the long standing talent that has made the resorts what they are. Many jobs are being outsourced and the company is moving towards AI in many departments. Profits seems more important than the people who make the resorts great.
