Pros

Group was friendly and supportive. They seemed to be aware of what we were doing with our groups and when we might need extra support. Group size was limited to 4 or 5 students in the age group that I taught. Some resorts have unlimited numbers of young students.

Cons

I taught children ages 4-6. Work was rewarding but physically hard. We had them for 6 hours and fed them lunch too.

Pros

The benefits include housing for two years (or seasons) and a ride pass.

Cons

Everything else, including managers, coworkers, and guests, makes living expensive. The cost of the employee meal has risen to $8.
