Pros

The product and people are wonderful. Employees are passionate about creating Experiences of a Lifetime for the guests. This translates into creating incredible experiences for employees ranging from experiencing the multiple products the company has to offer to innovating the next product that will change the industry. There is no question Vail Resorts is the best in the world in their industry.

Cons

The company can be extremely demanding on its employees. It has many irons in the fire at any given time and this taxes many employees and creates burnout. Additionally, the compensation tends to be lower than market. I believe these contribute to the high turnover the organization has experienced in its professional positions.

Pros

It's great to work for a resort that is able to continually put money back into the resorts.

Big company moves too slow.
