Pros

Amazing perks, free stay at 5star hotels, and a true industry eager to work for.

Cons

Underpaid, long hours, and can improve on creating a more cooperative vs. competitive culture.

Pros

Lots of different positions in really cool places and they are happy to move you around a resort to find a position that works best for you once your hired.

Cons

There was an over whelming sense that every employee is very replaceable because of the number of applicants they get every year. Not much opportunity to move up unless you are willing to put in your time (and I mean years) at a very low wage.

Pros

None. What. So. Ever. Sucks. Period.

Cons

Bottom feeding company that could give a crap about their employees. Fresh kids out of HS are plentiful. Pay is pathetic. Overworked.
