Pay not great

Pros

Enjoyable working environment and the company does try to improve the workplace with events and holiday meals

Cons

Housing is a huge issue and the pay does not keep up with the housing costs. A shared hotel room is $850 while a private residence room is $1500 - $1800. At $20/hour for 32 hours, its just too expensive.

Pros

If I could get onboarded instead of kicked out of the system constantly there would be some pros.

Cons

Getting onboarded with Vail is more difficult than receiving Sectet Clearance. The system is garbage and another tendition of a corporatr system overcomplicating seasonal work. Have called daily to get a hold of IT for over a week to do online training because I could not log in until finally Vail just offboarded me. Again. Ridiculous. What a disaster.
