Pros

I have had the opportunity to take on new positions and projects continually since I started. People who take their own development seriously do really well here. I work with a great team and have fun every day. I feel aligned with the company's values and mission.

Cons

The pay could be more competitive.

Pros

Well known company with a significant presence in the Ski/Winter sport and resort industry Great benefits include discounts on equipment, resort locations, ski passes etc. Work hard to ensure employees are satisfied, that they get the right training, management follows up with employee issues, fun and dynamic environment where everyone is someone.

Cons

It's all about the Winter - mostly seasonal positions and if the snow is bad it can be tough. Will need to work holiday's and weekends to maximize your pay and opportunities

Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts. We appreciate and value your insight. I would definitely agree the perks of an Epic Pass and discount on equipment are great! I completely understand the employment challenges that come with the seasonality of our business. With the recent expansion of Epic Discovery, we should begin to see an increase in the amount of summer opportunities we offer and encourage our winter seasonal workforce to seek out and apply for the positions which best match their skill set and expertise. I am already counting down the days until opening day in November! Hope to see you on the slopes.
