Pros

lt is a good spot to work. I had a lot of fun on the slopes. You should be a snow person if you want this job.

Cons

you are not going to get rich in this job.

Probably not your "Experience of a Lifetime"

Pros

A ski pass, if you ski. Mediocre 401K plan, but at least there's a small company match.

Cons

Unorganized and micro-managed from the top. No reward for flexibility (working every day during winter or working non regular scheduled holidays). No reward for initiative or reason to suggest improvements to operations or vacationers experience. 401k plan has slightly higher than average lifetime fees. Great place if you want to climb the corporate ladder (you just won't be able to afford living in the mountain communities no matter which wrung you're on). Choose the Broomfield office if you start at less than the bare minimum of 45,000K as a career bound college grade.
