Pros

Living in vail makes up for most of the negatives. The people and culture is fun. There is always something to do. It is also relatively easy to get hired as there are always so many positions opening up.

Cons

There is not an overwhelming feeling that upper management cares for the staff. It is as the revolving door of employees is not only expected but preferred to keep salaries low.

Pros

free ski pass, and coffee

Cons

Poor management, they are clueless about lower level operations. They promote the laziest people who kiss the most butt. Their turnover is super high, over 70% in the last year. HR is worthless. If you are a yes-man and like being overworked and underpaid, -this is the place for you.

Pros

Co-workers and managers are wonderful. Management is very supportive. I have everything I need to do my job and if I need something else, I can ask for it. Corporate culture is great.

Cons

The pay! It's horrendous. I can't tell people what I make as I am too ashamed, especially for what they ask me to do.
