Very strict and brutal on employees. Called in sick for one shift with effects of long term illness after having been unwell with a head injury and off with a doctors note for months. Was immediately terminated with no notice because they’d seen that I’d used my ski pass the day before (outside of my rotad hours). Snoopy, overly strict, unfair and uncompassionate towards those with genuine sickness.
