Very flexible working hours in the German office.

- The COO of Mountain News does not care about his division at all - The Director Level below him is clueless about how to develop and build a high performing team - Management is done by 80s tools: Fear, Uncertainty, Doubt, firing people on the spot and a despicable cut-throat mentality - for instance, in one team building exercise an employee opened herself up which was celebrated as a huge success - and the same employee was fired shortly after
