Pros

The flexible hours combined with the free pass made this a great winter job. The ability to take powder days was great and they offered basic insurance which was nice. Not a lot of seasonal employers offer that.

Cons

The biggest cons were the low pay and the crappy staplers. Also, they don't pay time and a half for holiday work.

Pros

They provide you with a free pass for all mountains owned by Vail Resorts. They also give you 2 free lessons a month.

Cons

The pay was very low and it would be impossible to live off of. You can't take advantage of the free pass because you have to work during skiing hours.
