Annual picnic, bonuses. Prohibited smoking in the factory in 2010.

Cons

Lack of leadership, direction, and all problems you would assume occur in a manufacturing facility.

The people, the workers are some of the best people.

Cons

Management. The current president is ruining the company. He doesn’t care about employees. They won’t allow work from home. They don’t care about loyalty.
