Pros
Office location was good and most of the coworkers were good to work with.
Cons
Company's vision was very unrealistic. Upper management had no idea what they were doing and had very little industry experience, leading to a product that did not work well. There was a lack of communication between the customer side and product side which made it difficult to give and receive product feedback.
