      Hard work, but great culture, and worth the impact

      Pros

      We're a mental health tech company so the work we're doing has real meaningful impact. Our end customers are impacted by our software releases and the support we give them. Feels like management is focused on the right things. Our customers are responding well to the products we're releasing and that always feels good when you know you're on the right track. We have weekly calls with the company to keep up to date on what's happening, and recently heard exec's plans for the company through the current economy. Feels like we're kept informed of what's going on and have the ability to discuss it which is a lot different from other places I've been. Remote work environment is generally a high trust, outcomes focused style.

      Cons

      We released a lot of new products last year and with that came bugs, and workflow changes for customers. That just created a lot of disruption in the short run, but probably will be better in the long run. We do work pretty hard, but at least there's reasonably flexibility with respect to what hours we work.

      Pros

      solid people to work with, no issues with anything on the personnel side.

      Cons

      Didnt have an attractive enough benefits plan in comparison to others in the market Product had issues keeping up with the market, and a lot of pain came from that into the sales team not being able to keep up with the market

      There is many things I could say are pros but these are my top 5 items that have made me feel they are worth a high score: - Friendly/Professional communication throughout with great follow through - Career growth potential, if you want to work towards a goal in any field they 100% support and help mentor to grow - Competitive Pay, PTO and Benefits - Supportive leadership from Manager to CEO, always available to help with goals and supporting you succeed - Work/Life balance is key and there is lots of drive to ensure your mental health is cared for

      Cons

      There honestly is only one and it is the reason I moved on from Valant - Medical coverage is Great if you are single however having a family the medical coverage is very expensive and limited.
