      Pros

      Great atmosphere even though WFH company. They work hard to keep employees contected, they care about their employees and liste to feedback. Senior management is the best group as a whole of management I have worked for within a company.

      I was made to stand at a raised desk for a month. This is an example of the torture I went through. It takes a cou-le days to get a high rise chair but they sat on it. My starting date through me into a 90 day waiting period for health benefits, which I confirmed was done on purpose.

      Valant has built a great product specifically for behavioral healthcare. Their technology transition will pave the way forward for greater innovation and value. The team is passionate and talented.
