      Poor management, no transparency, felt like we were selling Vaporware for 3+ years

      Good office location, nice coworkers, decent PTO, used to have free snacks , decent work life balance

      Cons

      * The company wasted millions of dollars trying to develop a product that didn't ever go live, all while promising staff and customers of a go-live schedule that never came to fruition. * High turnover in tech support leading to untrained specialists and unhappy customers * Middle and upper management often did not have formal management training, which was obvious. * Poor pay if you do not negotiate a high salary to start with. * Company consistently has "no budget" for raises or promotions, meaning your career will stagnate here if you stay for longer than 2+ years * No 401K match

      Insanely disorganized Lack of management Poor communication Written policies are virtually nonexistent. No one seems to be 100% certain about what’s going on, at all times.

      Everyone from top to bottom is clear about the agency mission and vision. Leadership works well together and support their teams.

      Cons

      Typical issues found in a start-up. Lower salaries and constant changes. At this stage of the company- employees must be comfortable with ambiguity and change.
