      Pros

      Great company culture for a remote position. It can be very hard to feel supported and in touch with a team when you are working remote, however I feel a real connection to the rest of my team. Leadership from the top down is knowledgeable and it shows. They care about their team as well as continuously looking for ways to improve our product. It definitely keeps me motivated knowing that everyone has the same mission. Competitive Pay

      Compensation could be improved but there is good incentives for hitting your goals.

      Pros

      Great work culture. The higher management considers it's employees as its greatest asset & always looks out for there well being. Lots of learning and growth opportunities for those motivated to pursue them. Really Helpful colleagues & a very healthy work environment.

      Hard work, but great culture, and worth the impact

      Pros

      We're a mental health tech company so the work we're doing has real meaningful impact. Our end customers are impacted by our software releases and the support we give them. Feels like management is focused on the right things. Our customers are responding well to the products we're releasing and that always feels good when you know you're on the right track. We have weekly calls with the company to keep up to date on what's happening, and recently heard exec's plans for the company through the current economy. Feels like we're kept informed of what's going on and have the ability to discuss it which is a lot different from other places I've been. Remote work environment is generally a high trust, outcomes focused style.

      Cons

      We released a lot of new products last year and with that came bugs, and workflow changes for customers. That just created a lot of disruption in the short run, but probably will be better in the long run. We do work pretty hard, but at least there's reasonably flexibility with respect to what hours we work.
