good pay, goo benefits, good working environment, good schedule, parental leave

Cons

micro management, bad organization, multiple tasks for one person, bad leadership, overtime above 5 hours (5hours free).

They just expect you to fix stuff while the lines are running and to complete every crazy idea they come up with without providing you toola.

Salary is decent but should be higher

Very good school to be a trainee or recent graduate. Good oportunities at the begining. Fast learning curve. Well being at work

Cons

The learning curve get stacked over the years and you can get on confort zone to easy. Many extra time.
