      Good career opportunities/mobility for performers. Strong company values, global standards. A lot to learn. Company's economy is healthy.

      Cons

      Cost reduction policy is sometimes extreme. Imbalance among sites, departments in terms of training/seminar. Poor HR management, especially for contract renewal.
