      Pros

      Good salary,, particularly for the area and easy commute / compared to city options One of the most advanced auto supply companies in Ireland with a good product. Very good range of food in the canteen and unbeatable prices

      Cons

      Too many separate functions, that ultimately slow the place down and allow responsibilities to become unclear.

      Pros

      Never got bored: if you perform well, you will be put on the grill as we used to say there as long as you keep doing fine, to challenge yourself and get better and better. If you can't handle it, you will be given something easier. The pace is fast, management is good and you will learn in a few months what takes years in other companies.

      Cons

      The pressure and chaos that can happen there might not be for everyone if you have a management position.
