Pros

Very structured, advanced management, very international. Valeo is a good place to learn and experience best practices, with extensive training opportunities. It is also a successful company well positioned on growth areas and with good anticipation of market trends. Great carreer opportunities.

Cons

High pressure, short-term focus, changes can be very quick and harsh for people. And a big company with a complex organization with some politics involved.

Cons

Learning curve stabilizes after short time, changing the activity/project takes lot of time so you work on the same thing for so long and you may get bored
