      As a software test engineer you will gain a good testing knowledge , learn about the process , the reviews and formal reviews. You will get the change to work in a very good friendly environment.

      Cons

      Sometimes the work is boring and if you learn quickly , by time you will find your learning curve is decreasing and their is nothing new you can gain.
