Worst Company in Egypt

the only thing I find it as pros is the salary
Cons
1- Very Very bad management: not qualified, can't plan their own projects, always take fish work from other Valeo offices like the least important projects or only validation part. 2- Team Leaders can't judge your work because they have very low technical skills. 3- your performance is measured by long hours. so you will find lots of people just play all day and work 2 hours after 5 pm to show that they are hard worker. 4- lots of colleagues have very bad skills and don't develop themselves neither in work or outside work so it is rarely that you meet a smart person 5- Lots of no sense decisions are taken because of amateurism 6- Very long working hours and stress just because of bad planning.
