Creative fast paced projects. Fun environmemt.

Pros

Lots of creative energy with many exiting and complex, high design projects. The firm deals mostly with retail and restaurant projects for some of the most successful brands in the industry. Everyone is constantly challenged and expected to perform at their best (which is not for everyone) There is constant and direct interaction with many of the firm clients and everyone learns to manage difficult high pressure situations. What I've enjoyed the most, has been the opportunity to see a constant flow of completed projects which I find to be rewarding as compared to my previous firm where we rarely saw a project built. High highly recommend this firm.

Cons

There is probably a need to add some support staff in several areas. I know that management is constantly trying but struggles to find qualified candidates.

lots of creative, high profile tenant improvement projects. Fast paced, never bored. Value talented, dedicated, smart people. Opportunities for advancement.

Cons

Work load does fluctuate from time to time. Always has work but sometimes things can get intense.
