Pros

Great perks include flex PTO, Bagel Mondays, and Doughnut Fridays. Good Pay, busy, and fast-paced, with pay raises and bonuses. Never a lack of things to do.

Cons

I guess if you are looking for a quiet desk job where you just answer the phone and shred paper this isn't for you.

The company offers a lot of good retail experience for business that care about having an elegant brick and mortar space. There is an opportunity for growth and weekly meeting to disperse information to improve the new and veteran employee's understanding of this project type. Meeting deadlines and satisfying client expectations takes a high priority. Office standards are clear and helpful when producing work under time pressure.

Cons

The management style is top down and it can be difficult to voice concerns unless you have some history or success within the firm.
