Not a good place to work, toxic environment.

Pros

I don’t find any pro.

Cons

You will work with people who doesn’t care about architecture, they will treat you with cero respect, very toxic environment, almost everyone are updating their portfolios to leave that place.

We treat all our team members with respect and do not agree with this review. Our office is an open office, one in which teams collaborate and work hard for the combined goal of creating great spaces. Over 50% of our team members have been with the firm for over 5 years, a majority of which have built their position title and experience up from more junior positions. We support growth and promotions from within for those who put in the effort.

Long term potential

Pros

Highly supportive mid-size firm. Team of ±45 professionals focused on some pretty impressive clients. The projects are very fast-paced and while small in size / scope comparatively (tenant improvements, retail, restaurants, food service, corporate, office, etc.) all are highly detailed with a design which works well for the use and Client needs. Room to advance through experience. Valerio supports long-term investment in employee growth given there is an initiative on the employee side.

Cons

Likewise to the pros, projects are very fast paced. There are at times urgencies in each which come up and need urgent attention. Being able to adapt and being flexible is a quality needed. As a positive switch this keeps everyday new and keeps the work from getting mundane.
