The pay. The wine in the refrigerator.

Cons

Worse communication I have ever had in an organization. Management is snarky, conceited, and not welcoming at all. Constant complaining that goals are not being met when those goals are never fully explained and keep moving.

Great perks include flex PTO, Bagel Mondays, and Doughnut Fridays. Good Pay, busy, and fast-paced, with pay raises and bonuses. Never a lack of things to do.

Cons

I guess if you are looking for a quiet desk job where you just answer the phone and shred paper this isn't for you.
