Pros
All of the staff is awesome. Everyone is friendly, helpful, and works together to get things DONE. This is a smaller office and so people work hard, and are rewarded- free lunches, happy hours, baseball/basketball games, etc. It's an environment that recognizes hard work and gives you back what you put it. Simple. Benefits are great and so is the PTO. They work to find you the best benefits out there. Administration is understanding of when you need to take time off and works with you not against you. The location is great- right across from the park, museums, great restaurants, the Grove, and Starbucks. Hello.
