Pros

Benefits are great and the people are fun to work with. However, Management in the front office are horrible.

Cons

Management needs some improvement. Getting rid of most of them and starting fresh would be great.

Pros

The amount of money you make is amazing! Rotating schedule give you plenty of time off! Typically you will receive a $10,000 bonus a year.

Cons

No life outside of work. The management is terrible and run so short staffed, you’re constantly working overtime. The managers do not listen to hourly employees.

Pros

The pay was great, physical aspect of the job because it passes time, working outside because it allows you to be active and not sit behind a computer all day, how their were opportunities to do more and help with projects and get more experience, most of my co-workers were great and didn't mind being a team player, the benefits were excellent.

Cons

Shift work, getting forced to work overtime a lot, working holidays, the long shifts, relief time being so early in the morning. Personally for me, the HR team at Texas City was TERRIBLE.
