Pros

Very nice managers, good benefits, Good match on 401k, yearly bonus, job is busy so day goes fast

Cons

New employees starting wage just a few dollars short of 9-10 year employees current wage so don’t expect to get rich. Shift work 12hrs nights days weekends holidays but you don’t get any shift differential. Cross train for other jobs to help company and you MIGHT get a 15 cent Additional raise. Very High Employee turn over. They skim you on hours during inclement weather. You have to go through this dumb training system like your going to be a rocket scientist but you get paid like your flipping burgers (sorry if I offended you career burger flippers). A lot of micro managing. You will fill out the same paperwork a dozen different ways for one job and don’t forget to not check a box cause they will be hunting you down...
