      Pros

      Best job ever! The people are super supportive both management and coworkers. There is great communication throughout the accounting department. Management give opportunities to lower level employees to prove themselves. A lot of growth potential. The company is very organized and has an entire document center that keeps files going back many years.

      Cons

      No matter what, you start as a contractor and get hired as an associate with low pay. But depending on your supervisor, they will ensure you move up. Some supervisors are much less likely to give promotions then others.
