      Great benefits/pay, nice campus and perks

      Cons

      Worst management I have ever seen (Misery inducing). Micro management, no getting ahead here unless you are in the good ole boy network, old school attitudes on so many things (mainly being there and at your desk). They will discriminate against you if you have health issues and have to miss work for any reason. Tenured employees have a harder time getting deserved promotions and raises than new hires.

      Cons

      Understanding of family illness and time away from work. Additional manager training or better employee support when single male leadership denies special accommodation especially for tenured employees.

      Pros

      The company is smart with its investments, Applicants can be assured they are applying for a career, not just a “job”.

      Cons

      There’s a disconnect between the company’s presentation of its workforce and the reality of how they are performing . It seems to have trouble replacing talent as it leaves, leaving a void in middle management. Slick marketing provides curb appeal to applicants, but beyond that is a fatigued workforce riddled with adaptation to ever changing internal policies and growing list of responsibilities.
