Pros

Not many pros any more other than a company truck not much after that

Cons

The workplace has become increasingly toxic due to unethical and ineffective leadership practices. Micromanagement has created a lack of teamwork and trust, everyone for themselves. No actual training and development, little to no clear communication. Pay has been changed from salary to hourly with NO OVERTIME which upper management will target you if you do. The consequences of this poor "leadership" are becoming more evident every day. Employee morale is at an all-time low, Area Leaders are physically and mentally exhausted

Thank you for taking the time to share your perspective. We appreciate your years of service and the work you’ve contributed as an Area Leader. While we don’t agree with the characterization of our leadership or workplace, we understand that changes in structure or expectations can be challenging. We are committed to fostering a culture of transparency, development, and mutual respect, and we continue to invest in leadership training and associate support to strengthen those areas. Feedback, even when it’s tough, plays an important role in helping us grow. If you have additional concerns or would like to discuss your experience further, we encourage you to reach out directly.
