Thank you for sharing a review. I'm sorry to hear you didn't have a positive experience during your time with us. In regards to your comments on lack of growth, we continue to work hard on this by offering mobility opportunities to our associates and we believe we can improve on this even further. We are currently filling our Operations Management positions with internal promotions at a rate of 40% with many of our functional areas offering career ladders with opportunities for growth that are only offered to our current associates. Internal mobility is extremely important to us at Valet Living and we will continue to be focused on being better and providing value and opportunities for our associates to grow their careers. Thank you for taking the time to post a review. I’m sorry you aren't having a great experience during your time here. Our District Managers have a challenging job and it’s true that recruiting and staffing is one of the critical aspects of the role. In response to this, we have worked diligently over the past few years to make several changes to our recruiting process to help attract more candidates, speed up the timeframe it takes to hire someone, and add additional recruiting team members to provide ongoing support.
