Pros

You get to work at your own pace. Pay is ok. Hours are convenient for those that work during the day or go to school.

Cons

You put wear and tear on your truck. You have to pay for fuel consumed at this job. Its a very physical job. You have a big tote to carry the trash bags. Each trash bag can weigh up to 40 pounds. Very harsh to your back. At times you deal with aggressive tenants who are angry because you tag there door for not following the rules. There is a lot of turnover due to the work. Very hard to find coverage when you need days off. They only provide you with one pair of gloves, tote, and vest. By the first week you'll need new supplies.
