Work from home, set your own schedule, control your time, build relationships, have fun . Most of all they take care of you and there is true upward mobility , the company growing and thriving. I went from DM to RDO in one year we are fast paced

Pros

There is great internal structure to help support all established sales executives and ops professionals. Valet does a great job cultivating a company culture despite working remotely.

Cons

The sales training worked well for me because I had a really dedicated Regional Sales Manager, but I can see how the online training alone wouldn’t do enough to bring new reps up to speed on products/services
