Pros

Solo work, good exercise, can listen to music/podcasts while you work, night job, don't have to interact with the public very often

Cons

There are issues with retaining employees, which affects existing employees who are asked to travel more and service more buildings to cover shifts. It would be fine if it happened every so often. IT CONSISTENTLY HAPPENS. The DM's inability to put together a reliable team isn't my fault. I didn't sign on to work in other cities, so don't consistently ask me to do so because the travel puts more wear and tear on my car which reduces my profits. Also, a raise doesn't mean I am obligated to jump at every chance to pick up an extra shift so don't place guilt trips when employees say no. Respect boundaries. As long as I am reliable in doing the shifts I signed up for, that's all that should be expected. This is not a career, so don't make me feel guilty for putting my real job first.
