Pros
Used to be a nice place to work...had managers that cared about people...benefits were good...pay was better. They give us trucks, allowed to home office. The team I work with is a good team and cares about each other and the customer.
Cons
I, I, I. That's all we hear from mgmt. Nothing about "we" - it's all about I. Amazing what they've done considering theyre never in the field. I think they spend more time in airplanes going to and from Tampa than anything else. This group of owners should fire every one of them and go back to managers that actually care about their employees and the customer.`
