      Pros

      My district manager is awesome, great guy, positive, encouraging, and thankful. Supposed to be a very rapid advancement ladder if one so chooses to follow a career with the company and I am looking forward to seeing if that is the case.

      Cons

      I really do not see any at this time in the Tampa market.

      Pros

      Company provides a truck, laptop, iPhone and iPad. In addition, you are given more than enough equipment that you need for the job. My director is great. He is very engaged and provides amazing support. He is down to earth and very approachable. He will roll up his sleeves and get dirty if necessary. I was given good training by my director.

      Cons

      the work day is really a split shift, administrative things and properties in the morning and early afternoon then visiting/being available for your properties and teams at night. Most weeks, you have plenty of down time, others not so much.

      It was great when i first started.

      Cons

      went from full time to part time as soon as "new" disrespectful supervisor took over. she cut hours. texts all hours of the night because she works from home. no trust. lacks intelligence...NO RAISE. management does not care about employees. only their paycheck shawn should reach out to all employees
