Pros

You are able to "Make your own schedule". Company Truck Office out of your home. Company Cell Phone Company Credit Card.

Cons

Over Worked and Under Paid. Required to work Sundays. No Bonuses. Have to treat the contractors like trash because that is what the Regional Manager wants. Regional Manager has no clue what he is doing. Corporate Employees seem to forget that the Field Operations is what pays their salary. No Support from Upper Management. Training Provided was no help at all. Too many people that work for this company are just pulling a paycheck and have no intentions in growing the company. Company CEO is the only one that seems to be passionate about the company. TOO MANY CHIEFS NOT ENOUGH INDIANS.

Pros

Maximum of 2-3 hours a night working Sunday through Thursday night. Usually an hour and a 1/2. So around 8 hours or so per week. Paid bi weekly. Average around 700 dollars per month. So time spent working vs. money made is great! Works starts at 8:00pm no mater what.

Cons

Works starts at 8:00pm no mater what. It's very hard to get a day off without being put down by management.

Pros

The employees are nice and it is a laid back atmosphere. It is a growing company, so if you work in the operations department and you want to relocate - you can stay with the same company.

Cons

In my department, it was a late night shift. The hours were rough. I would work 4:30pm-1:30am. There is not a lot of opportunity for growth, unless you are out on the road in the operations department.
