Pros

Health insurance Work from home

Cons

Upper management is clueless. Year over year goals are increased with no reasoning ..... structure of sales abs commissions changes without any viable reasons and upper management can’t even agree on compensation ... 65% of sales force is gone within 24 months, two sales managers in 2 years who do nothing but manipulate the CRM and crunch numbers. You’ll need successful if you drink the kool aid

Thank you for sharing your thoughts about your time at Valet Living. I'm sorry you didn't have a great experience during your time here. It’s true that working at Valet Living isn't for everyone. Change is constant in our business, and we ask our team members to be incredibly nimble as we serve customers in an industry that changes daily. Related to your comments on our sales environment, we pride ourselves on having high expectations of our associates. Those without the drive or grit, will not be successful here. We have worked diligently to provide a comprehensive and competitive commission structure that rewards producers. As the environment and industry changes, we must make changes to the plan to be more competitive with rewarding and retaining our sales associates. Pros

The absolute ONLY PRO is being able to work from home.

Cons

The company has hired more VPs of every aspect they could. The HR Department - ONE individual has falsely accused employees without proper evidence or back up, they solely rely on the “feeling” and “intuition” to make decisions.

Occasionally challenging (i.e. heavy shift, smelly &/or messy), can affect your ego if not prepared.
